How do I know if you have received my order?


After you have placed your order and your payment has been confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied with your order (keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case). If for some reason you did not receive this email, please get in touch via candlesbyjules@gmail.com




What do I do if I ordered the wrong item? Can I cancel my order after I have received confirmation?


It is best to get in touch with us right away by email or phone. We will do our best to rectify the situation in what ever way we can.




How can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?


If you need to, please get in touch via email or phone as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change your delivery address.




Saftey Instructions


Failure to follow instructions may result in fire, hazard or injury. - Keep out of reach of kids and pets and away from any flammable materials. - Burn your candle on a flat and heat-resistant surface. - Avoid exposure to drafts. - You should never move a burning candle. - Never leave a burning candle unattended. - Allow to cool after burning - the tin will be hot - Before handling or moving, ensure your candle is extinguished, the wax is solid and the glass is cold before handling. - Always trim your wick down to 2-5mm before re-lighting to avoid a large, flickering flame.
